regarding our fees. Like our clients, we operate a lean shop which allows us to maintain reasonable and realistic fee arrangements. We work with our clients to devise the most equitable fee structure for each client's situation. Fees are always agreed to upfront, billing is timely and detailed, with specific work, flat rate or hourly charges and expenses clearly spelled out.

​ABOUT OUR FEES

Our accounting and bookkeeping professionals have over 55 years of combined experience delivering high quality professional services. Prior to establishing Robert G. Finn LLC in 2016, managing member Robert G. Finn, CPA, CGMA, PFS was a partner in several CPA firms for over 22 years, most recently with a firm that was ranked the #11 CPA and consulting firm in the USA. Mr. Finn has extensive experience providing tax, financial, and retirement planning services to individuals, closely held businesses and business owners by designing and implementing effective strategies to minimize and defer income taxes, thereby maximizing the owner's after tax return on investment. In addition to tax, financial, and retirement planning services, Mr. Finn specializes in the design and implementation of qualified and non-qualified deferred compensation plans. As a partner in several CPA firms, he also provided accounting, tax, and management advisory services to closely held businesses and employee benefit plans in a variety of industries, including construction and real estate, hospitality and tourism, manufacturing, professional service providers, printing and publishing, retail and wholesale, not-for-profit organizations, private equity portfolio companies, and life and property/casualty insurance companies. His professional experience also includes business formations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures and liquidations. Robert G. Finn, CPA, CGMA, PFS has been a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants continuously since 1986, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a Personal Financial Specialist (PFS). Mr. Finn is a graduate of Widener University. He regularly participates in continuing professional education to ensure he is up-to-date on all of the latest information, laws, regulations and techniques in his areas of professional expertise.
